Monitoring Client Incoming & Outgoing Calls 1

We have an IP Office SOE with embedded voicemail.

we currently have one remote worker working from home and possibly a few more in the near future.

A DDI number is also given to remote worker, which calls are routed.
The remote is using the lines at the main office to make and receive calls.

We want to be able to analyse the number of calls made and receieved, most dialled numbers etc, to ensure that the worker is not abusing the telephone calls.

What would we need to be able to log all incoming and outgoing calls for extensions or a specific extension?

we would want to monitor this on a monthly basis etc.

you can use the delta server to log to a file and then use excel to open it and sort the info. It is free. Or you could buy a call accounting package

Can you recommend any call accounting software?


 
Oak software is very good but expensive


Do a search here for how the Delta Server works also look for CBC.
