We have an IP Office SOE with embedded voicemail.
we currently have one remote worker working from home and possibly a few more in the near future.
A DDI number is also given to remote worker, which calls are routed.
The remote is using the lines at the main office to make and receive calls.
We want to be able to analyse the number of calls made and receieved, most dialled numbers etc, to ensure that the worker is not abusing the telephone calls.
What would we need to be able to log all incoming and outgoing calls for extensions or a specific extension?
we would want to monitor this on a monthly basis etc.
