Monitoring a process

Does anybody know of a good application which can monitor a process? We would basically like to log the calls made to files and the registry if possible. Filemon is now quite adequate as this monitors all process's and given the log file after only a few seconds, it becomes unusable

Read the Help section thoroughly, as you can confine the reporting to a single process.
