Monitor users sessions

Anyone know how to monitor another users session with out them knowing it?

I have a client that has a new sales team and "he" would like to be able to see what they are doing on their pcs. He actually wants to see their cursor movement ect. ex. are they really typeing a work realated doc or are they doing their own personal stuff.

I know you can do something like this with TS Maybe some session recording software?

Any suggestions would be great. The key thing however is that we don't want the end users to know.

Why wouldn't you want users to know? That would prevent more slacking off than not telling them

Their tool is easy to install, and gain useful reports as to what the end user is doing with the system.
