Howdy folks!
I am trying to do some baseline performance monitoring on my SQL Server 2000 machine, and have found indtructions that say that one of the important counters to monitor is SQL Server Buffer: Buffer Cache Hit Ratio. However, when I go into Win 2k's System Monitor, I see no option for this counter, or any other SQL Server 2000 counters at all. Am I blind, or is there something I need to do in order to get these counters to display so I can select them for monitoring?
Thanks!
I used to rock and roll every night and party every day. Then it was every other day. Now I'm lucky if I can find 30 minutes a week in which to get funky. - Homer Simpson
