Monitor 2003 web server bandwidth.

I have a windows 2003 dedicated server in cali. It's 2003 standard with sql 2000 running our website on IIS. We are expecting to have a decent amount of traffic going to our site and we would like to accuratly monitor it. Does anyone know a good software utility that we could use to do this. We don't have our own router, mangeable switch or hardware firewall to do this.

Any suggestions would be great.
