I don't want to seem overly dense, but I'm a diehard NT guy stuck with a S8700 MultiVantage. I have read a whole bunch of posts, been thru the manual and tried practically everything to get the MOH feature to work, but no cigar.

I have a Model KS-23395L4 and a 2500 analog port on hand.

Can someone please, (for the hundredth time) explain in detail, step-by-step how to get this thing up and running? I'm in a jam and need have it working asap.

Thanks.

System parameters features form, page 1 make sure music on hold has music entered plus the port number.

In the COR of the sets make sure "can hear music on hold" is set to Yes

In the station forms make sure "data Restrict" is set to no.

That's all I cna think of, offhand, unless its a hardware issue.

I have mine wired through a aux trunk pack, although I think you can do it another way ( analog port??.) In the spot that Paul mentioned in the system parameters features form put in that port number.
