MOH - Trunk Group

Good Evening,

I am sure this is just a simple question however I cannot find the specific answer. I have a trunk group dedicated to Admin Staff that require a separate music source than the rest of our building. If I change the TN on the Trunk Group form that is dedicated to our Admin, will that take care of all stations that use that trunk group, or would I be better off just changing the TN on the station forms. OR do I have to change it in both spots. This is of course after adding my second music source and tenant.

I think you best read the "Administrator Guide for Avaya Communication Manager".
If you have ASA then click on HELP and select "CM Admin Guide", ref is 03-300509 (if you need to google it).

Chapter 2 has an item called "Setting up Music-On-Hold".
It also explains how to implement different audio sources when having multiple tenants.
