A 401NG embedded vmail card you can slot straight into your laptop and copy straight into the root directory of the card. (don't format!)
For a 406V2 embedded vmail card either borrow the pcmcia to cf adapter from a 401NG memory card or buy one. Then once again plug straight into a laptop.
I'm not sure how the "Non-Avaya" card should be formatted but according to the IPO Installation Manual, "Non-Avaya cards can be used for file storage but will not support Embedded Voicemail.
Generic card usually come pre-formatted from the supplier.
So put the files on (not the embedded voice files, these need a special card from avaya) via a cardreader or use the same batchfiles avaya uses to put there (send7xx.bat).
Make the tftpserverIPAdres (system-tab) the same as the IPOffice Lan1 IPAdres and there you are.
