MOH Integrated Music File

I've created an MOH music file in the proper format per the docs and uploaded it to the G700 announcement board using the VAM software. MOH works like a champ - problem is, internal callers are reporting that they have to hang up because the MOH is bleeding over onto their calls. I've yet to hear the problem myself. Any ideas? Anyone else using an integrated music file?

I have a similar problem with a G3si V11.3. A call on hold will bleed over into a call that is talking to an active agent. I have experienced it one time, but I hear that it happens a couple of times a day for a few days and then goes away for days at a time. The only thing that I was able to find that might be causing the problem for me, was it really only happened when we were having high inbound traffic. I still have not been able to prove that, but that is what I have seen from the reports of the call center team leaders. We are upgrading in the next 90 days or so, to CM4.0 and I hope the problem will just disappear.
