Hi,

I am trying to get a script to read in another page from the then makealterations to it, like replacing words (the object being humour). I am using the LWP::Simple module to read in a page and this works successfully. I am having problems parsing the HTML so I only make word substitutions in the body text, not the tag text. I thing I might be able to use one of the modules below to help with this, but haven't got a clue how to use them. Does anyone have any suggestions/examples?

(HTML::parser)

(HTML::TreeBuilder)

Many thanks
