Modular Messaging - voice mail greeting only

In AUDIX you could setup a subscribers' vm box to answer, give a greeting and not allow a caller to leave a vm message. How do you accomplish this in a Modular Messaging subscriber’s vm box?

You would have to set up the mailbox as a broadcast only mailbox or you would have to create a user application to handle the calls.
