My prior experience was over 2 years ago with Definity G3 and Audix; I dealt mainly with call center administration. I'm with a new company but have been given phone system b/c no one else knows anything. We recently installed new S8710,G650, with modular messaging and MSS.
There's a problem with the volume in MM. Initially system was blasting everyone out. I found out how to adjust playback volume between 8 and -8, but it must be lowering volume of the messages too because you can barely hear them if I get the system volume to a good level. We were originally at 2 when system was blasting, when I changed it to -1 they said system was better but couldn't hear the messages without turning the volume all the way up.
I don't know if it's related, but also complaints about not being able to hear participants on conference calls. We are using the same 6416D+ phones they had on the Definity G3 system and never had any of these issues. Any ideas?
