Modular Messaging - Can I create an Intercept message like the Intuity Bulletin Class of Service? What is the "Announcement Only" Class of Service in MM?

Do I really need to go through the process of creating a caller application?

I am a vector guy,I have a feeling Cover path to VDN to vector to "disconnect after announcement XXXXX" is what i will be doing
