modifying web desktop

Since you referred to the "web desktop", I'll assume you are using CE10. It is better if you say so, however.
Open the CMC and select "Crystal Applications" from the "Manage" menu. Then select "Web Desktop". The properties tab will let you specify a URL that points to your company logo.
