modify registry

Hi all,

I have a file, called power.reg which is attempting to write entries into the registry.
The contents of the file are shown below -

When I open Power Management in Control Panel the options dont modify. If not open
and execute logoff the options saved.Happen in win98SE,WinME and Win2000.
