Hello Everyone,

Can someone point to some information so I can modifiy the RLI in LD 86 to disable the need for a code on the system when calling long distance. I want the code disabled for everyone.

If there is some type of turorial or something that would be great!

Thanks in advance!

I did press return and it prompt me for a value in that field. I thought of that first and If it had worked surely I would have not wrote you.

Step by Step answers and focusing on the question would help also.

But thanks for you help.

I still say check with the CO because it sounds like a CO level restriction. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I thought any Auth Code that the switch may be asking for is inserted before the call is placed and it is used to override any restrictions that may be on that phone. I have not played with Auth Codes for about 8 years so I could be lost here.

Oh and I agree with tnphoneman and ace, be very carefull when playing around with NARS/BARS because you could stop all outbound calling. Code or no code.

cmgdude: with an atitude like that you can figure it out for yourself. I know the answer, you don't. Maybe some else doesn't mine the smart mouth.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

acewarlock: I don't have an attitude, I was pointing out by careful using precise language and instruction we could have done this more efficiently.

I am grateful for you help as you can read time and time again via the post I left.

I know you don't want to spend weeks on this; so I injected some advice on solving this problem. I have high respect and regards for all you that have contributed to this thread. I also know it will be help to those who may have the same problem if we can make clear easy to follow instructions.

Again, Thanks for all your help but it seem I will have to call a vendor for this and work closely with the vendor.
