Im trying to set up a line to replicate the settings from another this is what is shown for the status,modem state,modem hardware state on live:

Status: PSI Enabled, Ready, Connected, Active
Capabilities: Hardware Flowcontrol In, Hardware Flowcontrol Out
Modem CTS-Required
Modem state: Ready
Modem hardware state: CTS DSR DTR RTS

This is whats shown on test: How can I get them to be exactly the same as above?

Status: none
Capabilities: Hardware Flowcontrol In, Hardware Flowcontrol Out
Modem CTS-Required
Modem state: Idle
Modem hardware state: noCTS noDSR DTR RTS
