Modem outcalling

Hello,

I have a S8710 with 3.01 and i have problems with modems when they call outside. It likes that they will not connect or handshake. Can somebody help me?

check synchronization settings first. use 'ch sync' command and see what ds1 circuit pack is used as clock source.
