I am running W2K Server which has a 56Kb modem in it.
It auto-answers all incomming calls. Any idea how to disable auto-answer?

Well, it is either set to receive incoming calls or it isn't. Some modems can determine if the call coming in is a data/fax or not, most can't though (v.82 I think). If you don't want it to answer calls all the time, you should either increase the number of rings before answering, or simply disable RRAS until you want it to answer.
