Mode Code

I will be connecting a Prologic to a VIP voicemail via analog ports, I believe the Prologic needs Mode Code activating, has any one used this before

I checked a prologic I have and there is a option on the system parameters customer options: Mode Code Interface? y. On my other G3's its not there. I would check this page and try the command change system parameters mode to see if you have access.

Mode Code must be enabled under customer options as it's a RTU. If it's enabled, next use the change system features command. Confirm the Mode Code Interface is turned on.

Now all you have to do is create stations for the VIP ports that are type VMI. The Prologix will now send Mode Codes to the voice mail system when a call is sent to it.
