Any special programming on the SIP line for Mobile Twinning to allow the originating caller ID to pass through?

Twinning will only work if we put a number from the SIP account in the System Twinning Tab - calling party information for Mobile Twinning.

If we clear the number and check send originating caller party information for Mobile Twinning, the twinned call gets disconnected right away.

SIP caller ID pass through on call forward/twinning:

Turn OFF "Send original calling..." in System / Twinning

Set Send Caller ID in your SIP trunk to "Diversion Header"

Unchecked the Send originating caller ID. Diversion header was already set.

No change.

I resolved this issue on an R8.1 system by setting Send Caller Id on the SIP Line main page and then under the SIP URI entry setting PAI to None. The carrier had to allow the ANI that you want to send. The carrier in my case was XO Communications

Thanks for the input. I have one question - you say the carrier had to allow the ANI you want to send? We want to send the originating caller ID. Were you passing specific ANI or the carrier let it all pass?
