IPO 8.0 - I've got Mobile Twinning with Power User license set up so that my cell phone starts to ring 6 seconds after my desk phone rings. Caller ID pass-through is working to my cell phone so that I can see the CLID of the original caller, but when I go to answer the call on my cell phone I can't. As soon as I press the answer key on my phone the call disconnects, my desk phone continues to ring and the call ends up in voicemail. This is just not happening to me but to other users too.
The problem seems to be with the IPO not wanting to conference the incoming PRI channel together with the outgoing PRI channel. Any ideas?
