Mobile Contacts not showing up when paired with 6940

3300 System is rel 8.0

I've paired my mobile but the contacts aren't shared. Other users on the same system are working.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Goto settings - bluetooth on iphone
click on Mitel 6940 bluetooth connection and turn slider on for contacts
