MM716 Media Module Alarm

Avaya G450 media gateway 1 MM716 analog media module frequently getting minor alarm MG-ANA and error type 1. This alarm effect all extensions this media module. To activate this media module required reboot media gateway. Please help me to solve this issue.

what hardware and flatform are you on ?? , have you checked you are on the latest firware on the gw and board. have you tried it in a different slot ?

if you log into the gateway you can run the command "show faults"

Media gateway mainboard firmware wintage 31.20.1 and initiated command media gateway show faults commands there is no faulty information.
