MIVS not working

Have a customer that uses MIVS for guests to set wakeup calls and it's not working. Replaced the card but still not working, agents remain logged out and won't log in. MIVS maint port gets to "Initializing disk in socket # 0", stops, and then it starts the whole boot up process from the beginning. Any ideas?
 
reload the software?
