UCA Softphone when attempting to call external number receives "Unable to Dial" Event Logs in the server show the call failed because SXERR_CONGESTION. Internal calls go through.
I have had this occur on our suite as a rewboot of the MCD and MAS fixed the issue ., Not sure if both are needed but I assume MAS UCA would be enough . We had planned for a reboot of all servers due to funky stuff occurring .
Sorry I cannot be exact but I was unable to go to a root cause on the fix for this due to more issues occurring . After the reboot everything was restored back to normal on UCA/MAS servers .
So if you check your user programming and all is ok ( check another user and duplicate the set up ) then I would suggest this to you .
It occurs sporadically. I thought retaining the internal call ability was interesting too. Double checked availability of external call paths and that was not an issue.
