Mitel has offices there too. Check with them. You might even want to get Mitel Professional Services.

Then tell them to pull a Inter-Tel engineer from Arizona and help you out. After all "It's about | YOU!

I like it! Long conversatons with 'uppers' today (we're an enterprise-class customer with a fairly large installed base worldwide, about 15% Mitel); plans are to send 100+ Inter-tel folks to 3300/2k training - this is a very good thing. Oh yeah, wr're an Inter-tel house, toooooo....

could be both. the 2ks (4 sites + 1 200) in chicago have a true rats nest of ARS w/psudeo numbers for intermachine traffic. I'm recommending MFRD upgrades to support clustering, but we're not there yet. Every time they try to move another DID from one site to another, it breaks first-dig. Etc., etc. Really needs a full scrub to clean-up the db.

Sounds like a Professional Services job if I've ever heard of one. ARS and Clustering re-designs aren't something you'd toss at a medicore tech, you need to make sure whoever is working on it really knows what they're doing.
