how to play the multiple recording of RAD & music on Hold in one ACD Path?

ACD Paths form on the MCD/3300. You can play up to 4 recordings and play MOH in between them.

i had setup that i have created two agent skill group without Agents and assign one as primary agent and second in overflow 1 agent skill group ID and Assign Actual Agent group in overflow 2 agent skill group ID and then setup the primary agent skill group overflow timer seconds to 00 and also in overflow 1 agent skill group overflow time in seconds to 00 and i have tested the all recording and music on hold between them playing and everything is working fine. my question is this is the correct way to program the ACD Path to play the multiple Recording and music on hold between them and also for the prairiefyre reporting will work properly in this way?

You don't need any overflow groups. I would just program the Primary Agent Group and then the Recording 1-4 and embedded music source 1-4.
The call will then present to the primary group and play through the greetings as set in the Delay to Start times.
