Mitel Connect Build 23.30.4100.0 had the domain changed from .int to .local on the 2K19 server side by IT without notice. Since this change, CAS features now fail on 4xx phones and Mitel Connect client gives- your server cannot be reached. I built a new user (non-AD) and still can't get the client to connect. I did find that if the check box for "change pass on first login" will actually make the client prompt to change the password but it will not take the password change. I had AD integration enabled and the LDAP path has changed as well but I don't have that information yet.
I am waiting for some other items dust to settle and I know i need to redo the self signed HQ cert as it is for the .int domain. Is this the reason for the client and CAS failures or has someone ran into the domain change issue on Connect that my offer some insight. Thanks in advance!
