I'm assuming you're using a "Cascade" order on the ring group. The only way I know how to is to remove everyone and put them into the order you want.
I've only built a Cascade Ring group one time and it was quickly changed to "ring all" with overflows to other ring groups that add other people.
We found that a cascade ring group caused the users to chase the call from one phone to the next to try and answer it. Rather than finding another method to grab the call, we changed it to ring all and haven't looked at Cascade again.
Thanks, I really didnt want to re-add all the users. You can just change the user extension and kind of do it backwards but better than redoing 30 extensions
This is where export and import comes handy.
Simply export out the RG form (Selected only) and then renumber the user according to your ring order preferences. Then delete all member from the RG then import the modified form.
