Hi all,
I have a Mitel 3300 using Version MCD 7.0
I have setup a SIP user between the Mitel system and Motorola SIP extension, this is so we can send calls between the 2 systems from a Mitel deskphone to a Motorola Radio on the shop floors.
Trbonet.enterprise is the software used on the Motorola system.
We have managed to setup the SIP to enable calls to be made from each system and this part works really well, however
SIP Calls from the Mitel to the Motorola server (SIP Softphone) and both directions works without any quality issues
SIP Calls from a Radio (which sends the call via the Motorola server) to a Mitel handsets works, however some of the voice quality is poor
SIP Calls from the Radio to the SIP Softphone (SIP Softphone on the Motorola server) works fine too.
Does anyone have any ideas if this problem could be a timer issue.
