I have a customer with a 200 ICP AX v5.0.2.3. The system is reporting a Major Alarm. When I review the logs, I see the following errors: "Power supply 2 removed", and "Power supply 2 is not seated properly." The system only has one power supply installed. Rebooting the system makes the alarm go away for a few days, but it always returns. Is there something I need to disable or turn off since that second unit is not installed?

my first thought would be upgrade to the latest 5.0.2.12, I have this software and only one PS and no problems at any of my sites.
