Missing Object Unit when adding users to application

Hello,

when adding Users to an application, a specific OU(one of our departments) in our Active Directory is missing. Instead of it I see a security group that is normally part of a sub-OU of the missing OU.
Connection to Active Directory is ok, I think. When I add new OUs or change old ones, the change appears quickly.
Surely no great problem, but every help would be appreciated.
