I have two macros that I put on one of my toolbars as buttons. I followed all of the steps to put the macros on as buttons but can't see them. I then went to Tools/Customize/Macros and when I bring this up I can see my buttons on the toolbar but once I close out that box they disappear again. I must have changed a setting somewhere so they don't appear? Can anyone help????

Click on TOOLS/CUSTOMIZE, then under the COMMANDS TAB, highlight MACROS.

Click on your macro, and keeping the button pressed, drag it to the current visible toolbar. A little button icon with an X will appear. The X will change to a + at which point you can release the button and your macro will be set on that tool bar.

If you then right click on the button/macro you have just added, you can change the name that appears to something more sensible.

That should do it.

HTH.

Thanks....
