I'm trying to help a friend retrieve some "missing" folders in Outlook 2003 (he's running XP). he was over 2 gigs and his email was bogging down & he ran a utility called "2 G.pst" (or something like that) which supposedly 'trims'(archives?) down the amount of email data he has. he initially thought it worked fine--he was well under 2 gigs finally, but he comes to find that he's now missing a few important personal folders...any idea on how to find/retrieve these??
