Go to Control Panel, click on the Network icon. In the Network Dialog box, select Client for Microsoft Networks and the click Remove. In the Network dialog box click OK then Yes to restart the comptr.
Go back into the Control Panel, Network icon and in the Network dialog box, click Add. In the Select Network Client dialog box, click Microsoft under Manufacturers. Under Network Clients select Client for Microsoft Networks, click OK. In the Network dialog box click OK, Click yes to restart the comptr.
Hopefully the comptr will restart now without any error messages.

I thought this one looked familiar; I gave this answer on your other thread:-
These files are associated and required by a networked PC. If you are NOT part of a network, they may have been invoked accidentally in which case you need to remove them from the registry and possibly your WIN.INI file. Try this:
Click Start>Run...
In the Open box, type REGEDIT>hit ENTER.
Click the Edit menu and choose Find.
In the Find box type VNETSUP.VXD and press Enter.
If VNETSUP.VXD is found press the DEL key. Do the same for the other files too.
Click Start>Shutdown. Choose Restart.
If the computer still has those errors during boot, check your WIN.INI file and delete them from there also.
And to answer your later question, you can use this drive as a slave on another machine, provided the master HDD has the OS on it.
