Missing email (after pop collection)

Interesting one this...

W2k SBS server, pop connector pulls down the mail - event viewer shows the email coming into the server, sending email ID's into exchange for delivery...

Then it vanishes!

The emails are not in the VSI Q's, it's not in junk folders, it's not in the AV quarantine folders..

It looks like a problem with the connector as I can use EFS to pull the mail down and into exchange for delivery without any problems.

What I really need to look for is what happened to the mail thats gone missing...
