missing dll's and dll's linked to dinput.dll errors 2

I am working on a PC for a guy who tried to remove a virus and made a mess, I have it 3/4 straightened out, but there is an error on start up that tmtmmotr.dll is linked to dinput.dll and then another missing dll error starting program with msvbvm60.dll

He was full of spyware, and had one virus he removed, but it went nuts, I have searched the registry and sys.ini for references to these dll's and there is nothing,

Any ideas?

What is the exact status fo the system?

The other one gets only one hit, in cyrillic, so it may be a problem created by one of the removed programs.

It's a P3 500, 128 meg ram 32 meg video, the state of the system is it took 20 minutes to boot and wouldn't get online (DSL), I have it online, but these last two errors come up, and although it boots 90% of normal as far as speed, it drags when you click something, but there are two apps I can stop and it goes completely normal, if I can stop these suckers from loading I am done, I am not at shop will post these to app when I get there later, seems like one was MI60 and the other was some 2-3 character named app I had never heard of, I will report back, but you stop those two and it goes completely normal

D/L and run Spybot, Ad-aware, and CWShredder to remove all spyware.
If that does not help, then go to Start/Run, type msconfig, click OK, uncheck the boxes for the 2 items causing the problems, and restart.

I JUST did that before I walked in here we are on same wavelength man only thing I didn't do was CWshredder, and it is coming up fine as wine, the msconfig of course I sent to selective startup and removed those two and after those errors she goes online and runs remarkably fast for a P3 500,

BUT those 2 errors about linking to dinput.ll and a missing dll, that could be races of regisry entries from removed Spy Ware, I have seen that before,

But now I am at leat at 99%

I ran CWshredder no cigar, I found that other dll msvbvm60.dll was missing and downloaded it from MS, still the error,
I re-installed DirectX and it is 100% All Hits All Runs NO ERRORS
