Hello all. I'm working with a G3R ver.7. I am familiar with every column of information provided in the CDR output. My problem is that in the originating extension column I have blank spots. The condition code identifies it as an incoming or tandem call (or an incoming or tandem NCA-TSC), but I don't even get a TAC and all my trunks are set up to put out CDR info. Please assist. Thank you.

I asked one of the attendants where one of those calls came from once I saw the call ended. From what she told me, they should be coming up as on of my tie trunk TACs, but they only show blanks. The call originated from a local POTS line, came to Definity "A" over an ISDN trunk, routed from there to Definity "B" (my switch) over a tie trunk to my attendant. Shouldn't the TAC of Definity "A" show up in the originating extension column of my CDR for this call?
