Hi,
I am trying to get a setup configured that involves placing 1 PC in an office that has a DVI Widescreen Monotor, USB Keyboard, and USB Mouse... I want to run 2 extra USB Keyboard and Mouse to about 50 feet in another room. How can I mirror the display so if i am in the other room with the extended Keyboard Video and Mouse I can still access the computer. I know there are applications like remote desktop, but I do not want another computer.

I have just plugged in 2 keyboards and 2 mice into my computer and both worked simultaneously. After doing some research online, all I can find about Mirroring your desktop on 2 monitors is only on laptops. Is this possible with a PC? Could I just splice the Video signal so the same thing is being sent to 2 monitors?

Also if anyone knows the maximum length of cables for USB, and Video(DVI,HDMI,VGA) before their is degrade of signal that would be helpful.

Thanks

Sure its possible. Look for Video splitters. You want to split or clone the signal, not mirror it as that would make the image reversed.

The video Card in the Pc in question may already have an additional output where you can plug in another monitor.

If not you can try something like this:
