I have a webform that has Textboxes on it. I have a few users that don't see the textboxes.

I have them run Windows Update - updating all of the critical updates plus install the Framework 1.1 and then the textboxes appear.

I have users that don't have the problem and don't have the Framework installed.

Is there a Windows Update (Service Pack or IE) required to use the .Net WebForm Textbox?

At the moment, I just have the customers run all the critical updates. Are there minimum client requirements to run a .Net webform app?

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Thanks - Jennifer

Are the users that have the problem running pre ie5 browsers? Does the html they get have the fields in the view source?

I fixed the customers problem before finding out what the specific problem was. My guess would be yes on the pre ie5 browser. They didn't look at the html, the browser showed the labels but didn't show the text boxes.

I had them run all Critical Updates (Service Packs and Security Updates) I believe the internet explorer update was included in some of the service packs. I also had them download the 1.1 Framework but I don't think this was necessary.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Thanks - Jennifer
