Minimized windows don't show up on task bar.

Never ran into this problem before. When programs are opened no "box" shows up on the task bar and when you minimize them you lose them. Also it doesn't seem to be allowing more than 2 programs open at a time. Has anyone had this problem before?

Looks like i got it fixed. Turned out to be something to do with symantec pcanywhere. Updating it fixed the problem. thanks anyway.
