I have 6 Minicoms set up in our site. They are Minicoms with a Phone Flash indicator for 6 deaf employees I have working here. I have assigned them analogue station ids and they are connected via a double adapter in the floor port. They phone flash keeps flashing even though there is no call coming in on the Minicom. It is happening on all 6 of these.
Ive tested everything and it still happens.
All I can think of is that these will only work on a BT analogue line and not an extension made analogue off the switch. Has anyone had any experience with these as Im a bit blind in the dark!! Any advice would be fab
