Hi, I come from a DMS 250 background and there is a field in there for MIN/MAX (# of digits allowed to pass). Is there an equivalent field in the option 11? If so, which load would I find that in? Thank you for your help. AJK

depends on where those digits are coming from, if your trying to send did digits, that is set in the cdb, for outbound dialing you'll need to look at the rlb in load 86 and or 90... for inbound digits you can add or subtract the number of digits per route.. if the co sends 4 digits, that can be translated to 3 digit numbers.. or 3 to 4..etc ld 49 idc.. this is a per route basis, i get 7 digits from some ld 1800 dnis stuff and 4 digits from the co on that route. i can change the answer point of the 1800 without changing the dn of the station

thanks so much John. Remember when I talked of HAVING to go to the mitel solution? Well thankfully the boss changed his mind-yah! AJK

Hi the call comes in from an 800 and then needs to go out to a 13 digit number. One rli is as follows;
FEAT RLB

RLI

RLI 0
ENTR 0
LTER NO
ROUT 9
TOD 0 ON 1 ON 2 ON 3 ON
4 ON 5 ON 6 ON 7 ON
VNS NO
CNV NO
EXP NO
FRL 1
DMI 0
FCI 0
FSNI 0
SBOC NRR
IDBB DBD
IOHQ NO
OHQ NO
CBQ YES

ISET 1
NALT 5
MFRL 1
OVLL 0
I read that in load 86 ID=# digits. Should I put this in?

After doing a load 95 I cannot see anywhere that its been set up to allow 12 digits. The INPL are all set to NO.
SPN 0
FLEN 0
INPL NO
RLI 7
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

SPN 011
FLEN 0
INPL NO
RLI 10
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

Also I just read the following:
The maximum number of digits to be entered must be
the lesser of 10 or:
• 7-m (8-m for 1 + dialing) for NXX
• 10-m (11-m for 1 + dialing) for NPA
• 19-m for SPN
Where: m = number of digits entered for NPA, NXX, or SPN

How do I allow for 12 digits to get dialed? Should I put in YES for INPL. The spn 011 is set up so maybe its ok? Thank you for any help. AJK

I find this very wierd. Why wouldnt the carrier use an STP to do the translation rather than this local switch? Correct me if I am wrong!AJK
