Can anyone tell me how to change the call log time from military time (13:00) to 1:00pm. On my co workers phone it is in standard time, but on my phone it is military time. Would it be a firmware issue? If so what version would I be looking for? If not is it on the phone? THANK YOU,

Does no one know. It has to be either firmware, time sync with server, on the phone or on the station. Anyone wanna take a quess. I am reading up on the 46xx.txt file. There is a lot of info. Goal is to change the call log time to standard time as opposed to military time. Is there a chance that my phone also would say military time after 12:59? Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

Here is another question from another user on the forum. The forum is closed. I guess I will have to call AVAYA. If someone knows the answer please write back quickly. THANKS

Seems the 4610 model IP Phones have a call log that captures the time in a 24 hour format. My users like this feature, but would like to have the time in a 12 hour format. I could not find anything in the user's guide referencing how to change the format of the time. As far as the time on the main display goes, it is fine, with a 12 hour format displayed...just the call logs have a 24 hour format. Any suggestions, or is this just way it is?

YEAH - I found the answer. You ready for the answer? The answer is is that it was set up in 12 hour. The call log was designed in 12 hour and there are no plans to change the design. This information came from a Tier 3 engineer that had to dig for 2 days to find the document. He sent me the info if anyone is interested. ONE FOR ME!!! YEAH

so even if you change the firmware on the phone, your phone will keep the 24h setting?

I still dont understand the answer.

what does this mean?

The call log only on the 4600 phone is set to military time and that will not be changing.

Even if you change the firmware, your phone will keep the 24 hour setting on the call log.

That makes sense, but in your first post you said you had 1 phone with a 12 hour format.
