Migration

Does anyone know whether when you migrate from one exchange server to a new exchange server whether all the folders users have created and the mail in them comes over too will all the mail just be dumped into the IN box? Thanks.

If it's Exchange-->Exchange, and you MOVE the mailboxes, everything stays intact.

It's exchange 2003 to exchange 2007.
