There are several 3rd-party tools available to do a full migration. Using BeyondMail and Outlook (with the banyan MAPI) installed at the user workstation, the user can migrate the mail himself with a simple rule that will mark a message unread and cause MAPI to pull it into Outlook. This works well, because you do not end up with a lot of junk in the new mailsystem while the user can familiarize themselves with the new mail client. All new mail will go to Outlook, effectively forcing the user to learn the new client, while allowing them to use BeyondMail (if they are in a rush and need to get the work done!) Force-route the email through IM with a forwarding statement, example: SETMAIL MS@Server1@Servers[SMTP[stuttle@banyan.com]] ----------------------------
