We just started moving our Remote offices to Active Directory and everything was working fine for about a week then a lot of them when they restart there computer they stay on the loading personal settings screen for like 20 minutes. We do not use roaming profiles so I can not think to why this is happening

Did anyone have this problem? .. Any help would be appreacited.

Not sure how your remote sites are exactly setup. Do you have a DC in each remote office or are you authenticating across a WAN. Try unplugging the network cable and see if they boot up any faster.

We are logging into a DC across a WAN. Everything worked fine until we migrated to AD. It is also not happening in every office and every office has the same GPO. I am starting to think it might be a Network communication problem with those certain offices..

Thanks i will look into it.

userent.log will tell u everything, instead of asking for help here, upload your userent.log.
if you place a paid call to Microsoft, first thing they do is enabling userent.log, without, no hero can dertermine the issue.
