Migration from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005

We are currently on SQL 2000, I am working on the project to migrate to SQL 2005, where can I find documentation that give me a good start and detail on migration from SQL2000 to SQL2005. THanks for all your help...

I would suggest you to download SQL Server 2005 books online from this link:

and you could see a chapter related to Upgrading previous versions of SQL Server.
