Migration 4.3.3 to 5.1 in a PSSP 3.4 environment

After migrating aix 4.3.3 ML11 to aix 5L 5.1 the server response stays on migrate and does not return to disk.
The "oslevel -r" on the migrated node shows : 5100-04.
Where can I find the reason of this ?

Check the setup server log in /tmp because it has not successfully completed.

the setup_server terminated with rc=0 !!!
The migrated node rebooted but the splstdata shows still the "response" "migrate" instead of "disk" ...

On the node do an ls -ltr /tftpboot

Look for the last psspfb_script_<DATE> script i.e. post AIX 5.1 upgrade.

Re-execute this on the node, then check the SDR on the CWS.
